Spoiler of the day: villains in Hollywood movies can't use iPhone

In an interview with Vanity Fair, director Rian Johnson, who shot the popular film Knives Out, shared interesting details on the conditions under which Apple provides iPhone smartphones and other movie advertising equipment.

It turns out that Apple is studying the script before filming begins and forbids the bad guys to use iPhone smartphones, that is, villains and any other negative characters.

There is one funny thing, I don’t know whether I should talk about it or not ... After all, it can immediately reveal the cards to the audience in my next film, but I will say it anyway since it is very interesting. Apple ... they allow you to use the iPhone in movies, but (and this is very important) the bad guys on the screen cannot have iPhone smartphones. Apple is known for its strict rules for using, displaying and photographing devices. For example, as part of their Apple trademark and copyright guidelines, Apple products should only be shown “in a better light, manner or context that has a positive effect on Apple products.”
