In China, sales of the first version of the Xiaomi Mi Watch with activated eSIM have begun. This was due to cooperation with three Chinese operators, China Unicom, China Mobile and China Telecom.
Previously, the company sold only the black version of the watch and with eSIM turned off, because local operators did not support this technology. Now a second colour option has appeared on sale - silver, and even with eSIM support enabled. The price has remained the same - about 185 dollars.
One can only hope that black Xiaomi Mi Watch will also activate eSIM in the next software update. By the way, the other day, Xiaomi finally began to eliminate the shortcomings of the problematic Mi Watch by releasing the first software update. In it, for example, appeared support for the iPhone.
